ข้อกำหนดในการจัดทำโปสเตอร์เพื่อนำเสนอผลงาน
    ผู้ที่นำเสนอภาคโปสเตอร์ ท่านจะต้องดำเนินการออกแบบโปสเตอร์ของท่านเอง  (1 เรื่อง ต่อ 1 แผ่น) เพื่อการนำเสนอในภาคโปสเตอร์(นิทรรศการ)
1. องค์ประกอบของโปสเตอร์ประกอบด้วย
     1.1    ชื่อเรื่องชื่อผู้วิจัยและหน่วยงานที่สังกัด
     1.2    บทนำ(โดยสังเขป) กล่าวถึงที่มา ความสำคัญ วัตถุประสงค์ เหตุผลในการศึกษา
     1.3    วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย สรุปสั้น ๆ ถึงหลักการ กรอบแนวคิดในการวิจัยที่ใช้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นต้น
     1.4    ผลการศึกษา ระบุถึงผลการวิจัยที่สำคัญซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย ข้อมูลการค้นพบที่โดดเด่นที่สุดที่สามารถใช้ตอบคำถามของงานวิจัยได้ตรงที่สุด
     1.5    สรุปและอภิปรายผล (โดยสังเขป) กล่าวถึงสิ่งที่ค้นพบจากการวิจัย การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ได้ประโยชน์อะไร การนำไปใช้ประโยชน์หรือนำไปต่อยอด เป็นต้น
     1.6   เอกสารอ้างอิง ใส่เฉพาะที่เกี่ยวข้องโดยตรงเท่านั้น
2.    ลักษณะและขนาดของโปสเตอร์
     2.1    ขนาดของโปสเตอร์ที่กำหนด คือ ขนาด (แนวตั้ง)  กว้าง 80 เซนติเมตร สูง 120 เซนติเมตร
     2.2    ขนาดตัวอักษรชื่อเรื่องชื่อผู้วิจัย ควรมีความสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 2.5 เซนติเมตรหรือ 70 Points ขนาดตัวอักษรเนื้อหาควรมีความสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 1 เซนติเมตรหรือ 28 Points
     2.3    เนื้อหาภายในโปสเตอร์ ควรสรุปเฉพาะใจความสำคัญที่กระชับชัดเจน ควรมีภาพประกอบหรือใช้ตารางและรูปภาพเพื่อสื่อความหมายแทนข้อความ เป็นต้น
     2.4    ตัวอย่างโปสเตอร์สามารถ Download ได้ที่เว็บไซต์การประชุมวิชาการฯ http://www.cas.ac.th/conference

3.  การติดตั้งโปสเตอร์
     3.1  วิทยาลัยจะรับบริการจัดทำและติดตั้งโปสเตอร์ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในวันที่ 10 ตุลาคม 2556 ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 - 18.00 น.
     3.2  โปสเตอร์ที่นำเสนอวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม 2556 ทั้งนี้ ผู้นำเสนอต้องเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อการบรรยายให้ความรู้กับผู้ที่สนใจ ณ จุดติดตั้งโปสเตอร์ของท่าน (ตามวันเวลาในกำหนดการ) ซึ่งในช่วงเวลาดังกล่าวจะมีการประเมินและให้คะแนน จากกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ
     3.3  ผู้นำเสนอผลงานสามารถจัดเก็บโปสเตอร์ได้ในวันที่ 11 ตุลาคม 2556 ตั้งแต่เวลา 16.30 น. เป็นต้นไป
     3.4  ให้ผู้นำเสนอผลงานส่งต้นฉบับโปสเตอร์ ภายในวันที่ 15 กันยายน 2556



Suggestions for effective posters:

1. Content
     1.1 Title should be short, concise and express the essence of work. Author and affiliations should include the name, qualifications and affiliations of all authors. This is traditionally placed under or next to the title.
     1.2 Introduction and background should outline the rationale of the research include a brief review of the literature and a simple statement or aim of the project.
     1.3 Methods should outline the design, sampling and data collection technique and data analysis process.
     1.4 Results or findings: A brief synopsis of the overall findings/implications. Tables, figures and graphs that is simple, easy to read and interpret can be used to highlight the results.
     1.5 Conclusion or discussion should summarize the key points of the research findings and answer the research question.
     1.6 References should implemented using a sequential number system in small text, towards the bottom of the poster.

2. Design and Layout
     2.1  Posters must be in portrait orientation (vertical) and not exceed 80 x 120 centimeters.
     2.2   Letters and numbers should be large enough to be readable from 1.5 m. For example, font size recommendations for Time New Roman font: Title = 72 pt; Text = 30 pt. Use simple typeface and use bold type for headings.
     2.3 Use bullets, and keep text to a minimum. Don’t crowd information onto the poster. Keep figures and tables simple.

3. Poster exhibition – presentation times
     3.1  In most cases posters are allocated a number and placed in a room in sequential order on October 10, 2013 since 01.00 pm.
     3.2  The poster presentation will be on October 11, 2013; 1.00 - 2.00 pm. The presenter should be instructed to stand by the board at pre-selected times and should be set aside sufficient time available to answer any questions delegates or judges may have.
     3.3 The poster shall be developed in PowerPoint format and the authors may send that template to the conference organizer within September15, 2013.
      3.4  The presenter may strip the poster off from a board after 4.30 pm October 11, 2013.
